Obedience is the measure of our willingness to submit to The Lord in worship.
For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.
Romans 5:19 NKJV
Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.
John 14:23 NKJV
When we talk about obedience what we are really talking about is one’s own willingness to do the Will of The Lord that he/she may be sanctified.
Not to be confused with Salvation which is our gift of Yeshua.
The command to be holy for He is Holy is one that should be taking seriously. For many are carried away by the thought of Grace & Salvation; yet do not understand the depths & facets of what Grace and Salvation do for us as believers.
Our God is Spirit and Holy.
He is The Holy Spirit and cannot dwell in uncleanness. Therefore, we must take heed to be willing in heart and mind to follow His ways that we may be purified, washed clean by the Blood of Yeshua which is a gift to us. This is The Blood Sacrifice of the Lamb…that is the gift. The Sanctification part, which is to be made sacred and holy, comes from submission, the willingness within obedience in love.
God The Father has given us everything we need to be reunited eternally, so that He will tabernacle among His people forever. The Law [God’s Word, Instruction, Torah, The Law of The Spirit] & The Prophets [Witnesses of God’s Prophetic Word], His Holy Spirit [Teacher & Helper], and His Beloved Son [our High Priest, Advocate & Messiah King], Who is God The Son.
If we love our God and King then we will obey & honor The Father and Son. We will follow our Messiah along the paths of righteousness. As we press toward the goal, we understand that life’s journey is one of endurance… An endurance in the perfection of the Will of God. Which can only be found through repentance in Christ that we may be reconciled unto His Father, Who we can now call Our Father. He is The Father of all and The Creator of all.
The Holy Spirit gives the revelation into the mystery of this blessing of wisdom…which is called the beginning.
Follow Yeshua ONLY.
May The Holy Spirit Who Is The Teacher and Helper guide Yeshua’s inheritance who are God’s children into all understanding.
Salvation is a gift, Sanctification is a process of endurance.
Be holy for He Is Holy.
