God’s Word is of the upmost importance and is the standard His people live by. Therefore, we follow the Example [The Action] of Yeshua in holding firm to keeping our word. Following Christ allows us to keep our integrity and character intact and shows the level of respect we have for our God & King, ourselves, and others.
It would do us well to remember the importance of being ambassadors of The Gospel of Christ for our example [as we follow Yeshua] can change the perception of what is helpful according to the world versus what is beneficial according to The Holy Scriptures.
Someone recently presented the following question:
Q.
If a woman gets to choose if she gives birth to a baby, should a man have the choice not to be responsible for the child?
A.
Everyone has a choice.
The man has a choice as to whether or not he wants to be intimate with a woman. He also has a choice to use protection when being intimate with that woman.
At the same time the woman also has the choice as to whether or not she wants to give herself to a man that is not her husband and she also has the choice to use protection to safeguard her from diseases and decrease the chances of pregnancy.
There are too many people operating outside of biblical order of making families and doing what is designated for married people to do.
This is why we see many broken homes and blended families. Albeit some families despite how they’re made can go on to have positive relationships and interactions.
However, there are too many that end up dealing with the curses (yes curses) of having sex outside of marriage with someone who is not their husband or wife and then they wonder why they end up dealing with chaos and mayhem in their lives because of having children that they’ve made with people they never wanted to be with long-term.
That may sound a bit harsh but I’m speaking from a Biblical perspective.
It is the Holy Standard of God that I live by and He explains in His Word how things should be done to avoid unwanted situations and avoid questions like these.
Not only do you make a soul tie and covenant with someone when you have sex with them because it is an act that is done out of love; but it is also an act done to consummate or seal a marriage.
The soul ties are seen as obsessive exes…invasive exes if there’s children involved…these kinds of situations wreak havoc on the lives of everyone involved and unfortunately, includes most of all the children who didn’t have a choice in the matter.
So here’s the deepness of all of that…most people are walking around with many husbands and many wives unknowingly because they’re consummating through sexual acts and creating soul ties and sealing covenants with them.
One could argue that married couples…some of them end up in divorce and yes, they have their issues too.
However, that is a separate issue from the topic at hand based on this question. For one has to discern the kind of person they are marrying and should be marrying for the right reasons.
Married people have to be willing to be patient, understanding, compassionate, and step outside of themselves to see their partner’s perspective. They have to tell the truth, learn how to not hold a grudge and be forgiving, comforting, and supportive.
If you don’t understand what love is and what love looks like, you will find yourself dealing with unwanted situations and asking questions like these.
When if you truly had wisdom you would have known that you had a choice from the beginning.
Everyone will be held accountable for their actions and we all have to take care of our responsibilities despite the repercussions.
Children are a gift and blessing from The Lord…embrace it.
