Exodus 19:5 KJV
Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth [is] mine:

God’s. Covenant. People.
Before the foundations of the world, The Lord chose His people. We see early on the Scriptures within the Old Testament in the book of Exodus and also Deuteronomy that YHWH, The Lord thy God Himself established His Covenant and heritage with His people…His Chosen People above all nations.
We know that the Prophecies of the Hebraic Scriptures have continued to come to pass from generation to generation from the Beginning. We know that The Lord thy God does not change for He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Therefore, it would do us well to allow The Holy Spirit to teach and help us in understanding the Wisdom of God according to the Hebraic biblical context of The Holy Scriptures.
It is important to keep in mind that regardless of how you feel, God’s Law [God’s Instruction] is Truth and if we believe which includes choosing to follow Christ we have to show the evidence of our love for God through obedience that goes beyond words it requires action on our part just as the action of God is His continued faithfulness even in times where we haven’t been. YHWH IS A HOLY GOD so we must take heed to be holy for He is Holy. This means that we cannot transgress the law…transgression of the Law is sin. We must embrace the Law of the Spirit which is God’s Word, His Law which is biblically translated in the Hebraic text as God’s Instruction.
Contrary to what some may want to believe (because it takes the responsibility and accountability off of us). Yeshua did not come to do away with the Law of God His Father. He came that the Prophecy spoken of Him may be fulfilled that they may come true in the perfection of God’s Will and show the completion/wholeness/unity of His finished work; complimenting the Covenant by providing the Eternal, Perpetual, Consistent, and Everlasting Sacrificial Atonement by His Blood that replaces the weak sacrifices of men.
Blood atonement is just one facet of the Covenant. God’s Covenant with Israel, His chosen people also embody the action of obedience in love…a process of sanctification, repentance, and reconciliation. This is what sets God’s people apart. His covenant shows that His people are a unique, peculiar, special, and holy…a set apart chosen few.
This heritage is one that The Lord’s people will embrace and will be eager to praise and worship Him, exude grace and fellowship, being a benefit to the kingdom of the saints of God…being salt and light in the Earth, not coming with a feel-good message but the Sword of Truth which cuts falsehood down at the root. Tilling the soil of the heart, planting a mustard seed of faith through the Testimony of Yeshua. As witnesses we proclaim that His living water nourishes the seed and from it grows righteousness. God’s Covenant People have a willingness and a desire to follow Yeshua with fullness of joy and have a need to not only say but show the evidence of their love through obedience to the Law of the Spirit.
Isaiah 58:13-14 NKJV
The LORD did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the least of all peoples; but because the LORD loves you, and because He would keep the oath which He swore to your fathers, the LORD has brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you from the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. “Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments; and He repays those who hate Him to their face, to destroy them. He will not be slack with him who hates Him; He will repay him to his face.

Q&A Forum
Why is there so much resistance against the Word of God?
In John chapter 15 verses 18 through 25 Yeshua speaks of the world’s hatred.
From this passage we understand that the Prophecy of The Father had to come to pass in which Messiah was hated without a cause.
Since we are the witnesses of Our Savior and Lord of Righteousness we too follow in His footsteps and receive the trickle-down effect of the adversity He faced in this world.
We cannot ignore that there are prophecies that point to who the True Chosen People of God are.
Therefore, we must take heed to understand that we are not of the world so in essence we will be rejected without a cause because we belong to The Most High. If we were of the world then the world would love its own but we are not of the world and so we must follow Messiah unto green pastures that we may be kept in the Pavilion of His Safety that we will regain strength through Yeshua when we grow weak and weary as we endure in this life.
We have to pray that our discernment is strengthened to know who, when, where, and how to present the Testimony of Yeshua for there will be more resistance than embracing because there are few that are chosen and so as we cry aloud in the wilderness and spare not, we have to expect opposition as we proclaim boldly that the lost sheep of Israel will hear the Voice of The Lord. For them to hear the Word of The Lord those that are of the world will have to hear it too but they can choose to go their own way or to pick up their cross and follow The Lord. It is inevitable that The Lord chose His people from the Beginning but we may not always know when our tenacity in proclaiming The Gospel will cut to the heart to change the mind of someone.
There may be many reasons why someone lives in rebellion but because God knows His people, He may put you in the right place at the right time in due season to speak a word into someone’s life that will help put them on a trajectory to follow The King of Glory and go on a personal journey to become a saint and soldier in the Army of God to stand for the Kingdom of the Everlasting.
With this Great Commission that raises another issue to bear in mind…there are many attacks and strongholds coming from the kingdom of darkness the temporary kingdom of the adversary which steals, kills, and destroys all who are in it’s path. Those who are being used to further the plans of sin and death don’t realize that in their debased mindset they too have already fallen victim and some have dug a hole down a dark tunnel to a pit that they cannot crawl out of because they won’t look up to see the light.
Those who stand for righteousness who have a foundation upon The Holy Scriptures of God which is God’s instruction [His Law] are a threat to satan and his fallen angels, the ones who influence people in the world. Unfortunately, there are some people that don’t understand the correlation between living an unholy life and open doors to spiritual strongholds & demonic entities that influence their personalities & their way of life.
If you are familiar with street preaching for example you may have seen the manifestation of the agitation of these demonic spirits because they cannot stand in the midst of the light being spoken. Therefore, you will find because there are very few that are chosen by God from before the foundations of the Earth you will experience or endure more opposition. It will be a more common thing but rest assured that The Lord has already given the victory and no matter the turbulence in your life when you focus on The Lord Jesus Christ he will always pull you out of deep waters and He will always allow you to overcome. We just have to do our part and stay faithful and believe as we walk in the action of the faith we proclaim to have in God.
John 15:18-25 NKJV
The World’s Hatred
18 “If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. 19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. 20 Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. 21 But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me. 22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23 He who hates Me hates My Father also. 24 If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father. 25 But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause.’
What is the essence of a believer’s daily living?
An Ecclesiastes chapter 5 verse 18, the passage references “laboring” and what is “good and fitting” for one to eat and drink. We can also see that God gives the one who labors all the days of his life and it says that it is his heritage.
The heritage of God which is the Covenant He made with His People Israel is the essence of our daily living as believers; ones who willingly embrace Who We Are in the Kingdom of God.
Just as it is natural to not only labor but to eat and drink knowing what is good and fitting, the heritage of God’s Covenant should be just as natural to you.
But how does that happen how can we live in such a natural manner? It begins with meditating on The Word in our hearts day and night.
Most of us are familiar with the term, “I know it by heart.”
If you’ve ever used this term then more than likely you at a particular point in time had girded up yourself to focus on a particular aspect and learn the ways of the aspect so that you can remember it therefore knowing it by heart.
This is a similar perspective of meditating in your heart. Not the meditations of religions that are in opposition to God’s Word, heaven forbid. We who follow and obey The Lord’s Holy Scriptures understand that there is a difference between vain repetitions/traditions of men and The Holy Spirit bringing The Word of God into your remembrance. When you keep in heart & mind God’s Instruction then you can say that you are truly being mindful of repentance. Therefore, giving you the option to choose as opposed to blindly walking through life and being blindsided in the Day of Judgement.
There are 613 commands of God that we can read of in The Holy Scriptures from Genesis to Deuteronomy.
Some may find that to be a daunting task to read, gain wisdom & knowledge in what The Lord instructs us to do in our daily lives. But please keep in mind that no matter where you live in the world there are governmental statutes. For instance, There are millions of laws on the books here in the US. We have city, state, and federal laws that we must abide by which account for well over the 613 laws found in The Holy Scriptures which are God’s Instruction to His people; that we may be found a holy assembly. A prepared Bride for the Bridegroom in that Great and Terrible Day.
The Lord promises that His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
The Lord even gives rest to the weary and burdened.
Salvation is a gift a free gift that cannot be earned as Yeshua has suffered, endured, conquered, and Redeemed us that it may be freely given to us. This is the saving Grace of His Blood & The Tender Mercies of God The Father.
Sanctification is a process and we endure that process on this journey that we call life.
It is one that if we endure to the end we will be saved…those who follow the commands of God.
Most people that claim they believe in God are not in covenant with Him because they refuse to follow His ways they refuse to obey His Commands. They don’t understand the significance of The Lord’s Feasts nor do they see the significance of Yeshua’s finished work within those Holy Convocations.
They do not have to revelation of how Yeshua’s Blood has atoned for sin and replaced the weak sacrifices of men but we are still to uphold the Commands of God which is forever including the Truth that we must keep His Sabbath Holy. The Lord’s Sabbath is found throughout The Feasts. In fact, there are multiple Sabbaths and even High Sabbaths.
So from that one commandment alone, so many people are out of covenant with God.
They don’t see the prophecy and mirror image in the passage from Matthew 25:1-13, regarding the 10 virgins where five were foolish and five were wise.
Here’s a link to our LCM video that was made regarding this parable and the warning to take heed to ALL of the Word of The Lord especially in this Holy matter.
The Shocking Revelation of Why Only a Few Will Be Saved – SERIES – Believer’s Beware #15
We cannot say that we are of God if we do not partake in the heritage which is His Covenant with His people that is the evidence of God’s Faithfulness which is His Love for us and our obedience…our love…for our Father God and our Messiah King.
Ecclesiastes 5:18
18 Here is what I have seen: It is good and fitting for one to eat and drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labor in which he toils under the sun all the days of his life which God gives him; for it is his heritage.
